Throw your own Launch Party! A launch party is a party that you throw to launch your business and get your name out there. Be sure to invite everyone! Your friends, family, neighbors, people at the gym, your church/organization friends, etc. The more people you invite the better chance of your party being a success. You can call, email or text these people but honestly you will get the best results by mailing them an invitation, handing them an invite or leaving it in their door.
The day of the party make sure you remind your guests about your party. Make sure you let everyone know that EVERYTHING IS ONLY $5!! When people think jewelry party they think expensive. That is not the case with Paparazzi Accessories. Set a goal to book 2 parties from every party. Offer fun incentives to your guests so they want to host a party. 🙂
Figure out your WHY. Why did you join Paparazzi in the first place? Do you want to make extra money for a vacation or Christmas? Do you want to work from home and spend more time with your kids? Do you want that new car?
Once you have figured out your why, SET GOALS to reach your desired outcome! Set 30, 60, 90 days and 1 year goals. Set some big goals and some small goals. By setting small goals it gives you a sense of accomplishment when you achieve them.
Example of small goals: How many parties do you want to do a month? Do you want to hit Director in 30 days? The small goals are like little steps that help you get to your big goals. Your big goal is essentially your why. If your why is being able to work from home and spend more time with your kids then what do you need to do to get there? Do you need to make enough money to quit your full-time job? What rank do you want to hit to make your desired income? Break these goals down to figure out what you need to do daily/weekly/monthly to reach these goals.
Wear your jewelry everywhere… even if you just have to run to the post office! When someone compliments you on your jewelry be sure to tell them, “It’s Paparazzi Accessories and everything is only $5! I sell it. Here is my card.”
Always have a little bag of jewelry so you can show people if the subject comes up. Put your business cards everywhere you can in your town. Hang them up on bulletin boards, grocery stores, gas stations, hair salons, restaurants, etc. Meet new people and make new friends.
Be sure to keep in contact with your team members frequently. Set goals with your down-line, help them with training and offer incentives. Get to know your team and become friends with them. Help your team succeed and reach their goals!

Do you love Paparazzi because you get a night out with the girls? Whatever your reason share your joy and people will catch on to your happiness! Don’t forget to have fun!! 🙂
